In preparation of this compendium of briefs for Honourable Members, the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services has sought to provide a basic reference source to assist the MPs in their day to day work at Parliament. The Parliamentarians’ Handbook 2013 introduces Honourable Members to most significant parliamentary concepts which they are expected to comprehend to perform their essential functions of legislation, oversight, representation, budget-analysis and policy review.
