Mr. Qaiser Iqbal has joined The Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services on 9th January 2014 as Librarian, with nearly six years of working experience at University of Gujrat. At UOG he initiated and co-developed a new online catalog to promote efficient student and faculty research. He has also worked at University of Sargodha for one year and multiplied his experience in information management and retrieval .Mr. Qaiser is skilled in developing research tools to strengthen the library users’ research abilities and translating library services and policies into tangible, comprehensible resources for the readers.
Mr.Qaiser holds degree of MA Political Science in addition to Master in Library and Information Science from University of the Punjab Lahore.
