Abstract

The main aim of this research is to highlight the performance of parliament for the solution of Kashmir issue. The research will mark various tolls that parliamentarians used for highlighting different issues including Kashmir issue in the institution and how the parliament affected political system for the solution of Kashmir issue and what legislation was done for mobilized Kashmir issue and how parliament helped to make the Kashmir issue alive in the country and out of the country. It will analyse whether parliamentarians were sincere for the solution of Kashmir issue or they only used it as political card in the country. The parliament’s methodology has been used to trace out different facts and to prove assumptions. The paper will enhance the understanding and interest in the studies of ‘the Role of Parliament in solution of Kashmir issue.’ It will evaluate the foreign policy in regards with Kashmir issue in the country. The main purpose of the research to highlight and enlive the Kashmir issue in the minds of peace loving community. The debates of National Assembly as well as the Senate, documents,
the related articles and Newspapers have been consulted in bringing out the outcome of the research.
