Seminar on Foreign Policy and Strategic Challenges faced by Pakistan – The Way Forward for Honorable Members of Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

    PIPS held an absorbing day-long “Seminar on Foreign Policy and Strategic Challenges faced by Pakistan – The Way Forward” in collaboration with KAS for MPAs at the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Beginning with the recitation of the Holy Quran, Honorable Speaker Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Asad Qaiser, inaugurated the event. Ambassador ® Masood Khan, currently Director General Institute of Strategic Studies, deliberated on “Pakistan’s Strategic Position: Challenges and Prospects,” followed by an interactive Q&A session in which the Honorable MPs keenly participated and raised a number of pertinent questions. During the second session Dr. Zafar Nawaz Jaspal, Director at the School of Politic & International Relations, Quaid-i-Azam University, reflected on “CPEC and revival of economy.” The event concluded with auspicious remarks from Honorable Provincial Minister for Labor & Mineral Development, Ms. Anisa Zeb Tahirkheli.
